As a participant in the Havasu Classics Veteran's Day Car Show, it is required that all participants have a Lake Havasu City Business License. If you already have an annual Lake Havasu City business license, GREAT!

Lake Havasu City has introduced a new portal to simplify obtaining a temporary event license. Through this portal, you can apply, pay, and download the license instantly. Then, please upload it at the link above.

Move-In:
Saturday November 1st ONLY, from 6 am - 8 am
Show Hours:
Saturday, November 1st 9 am to 2 pm
Pack Up & Move Out:
Saturday, November 1st AFTER 2 pm ONLY
All vendor booths must be staffed during show hours.
Generators are permitted and must be discussed with Havasu Classics team to ensure proper placement. These arrangements must be discussed at the time of application and may have an impact on vendor location.
Vendors are responsible for their own move-in, move-out, booth display and equipment (i.e. tents, tables, chairs, weights, signage, etc.). All tents must be secured with weights at a minimum of 40 lbs. in the event of inclement weather. Any property that may be damaged because of such is the responsibility of the vendor.
Permits and City Licenses are to be followed for all applicable vendors not limited to:
Arizona TPT for all tangible & taxable items that are being sold.

Alcohol beverages that are on site from outside sources have a ZERO tolerance. You will be asked to pack up and escorted off premises. This instance will forfeit your opportunity to be a part of future shows. This violation goes against the Havasu Classics Car Club fundraising efforts, in addition to the event’s permit and licenses. Food, beverage and beer will be available for purchase on-site during show hours.
